who I am:

My name's Ainna and I have my Bachelor's Degree in Health Education & Promotion with a focus on Exercise & Fitness. I am a Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES®) as of April 2019. I'm a health coach, life coach, and fitness coach.

what I do:

I inspire wellness, intention, and movement into people's lives to help them slow down and restore balance in their life.

what I believe:

I believe in the importance of building self-compassion and self-sufficiency. I believe it's easier to find fulfillment and purpose when living a more minimalist, intentional lifestyle. I believe in holistic wellness, an approach that considers the whole person and their connectedness to everything in their life.

how I can help:

Everything around us moves so fast. There's a lot of pressure to perform and succeed. We look at our peers and there's a lot of comparison going on... we tell ourselves, "I'm behind in life" or "I'm not good enough, because I'm not like them." I challenge that notion. I listen to you and we think of ways to work through things together. I help you look at the various aspects of wellness and consider realistic, sustainable changes to improve them. I don't tie your worth to your productivity. We can take a look at your life path together, and we can learn how to give ourselves grace when things aren't going as planned. We can work-out together, at your pace and aiming towards the goals that you want to meet.

"wellness" sessionshealth coaching

If you're looking for the perspective of a health coach, this session is for you. Because "wellness" encompasses so much more than just your physical health... we'll do a deep dive on all parts of your wellness emotional wellness, social wellness, intellectual wellness, physical wellness, environmental wellness, financial wellness, occupational wellness, and spiritual wellness.

Creative wellness is important to me, so we'll take a look at that too if it interests you.

We'll break down big goals into smaller goals so it's not so overwhelming. And beyond the goals, we'll prepare processes and build tactical skills to sustain you. We won't solve all the world's problems in a day, but you'll leave each session feeling more informed and empowered.

"intention" sessionslife coaching

If you're looking to get "unstuck" or motivated, this session is for you. Or, if you're realizing that you're comparing yourself to others to the point where you're really discontent with your life, this session can help you put things into perspective.

Spoiler: there's no "right" path and not just one way to live a good life. We'll reflect on things you may not even realize you're doing like ruminating too long on the things you think you did wrong instead of celebrating the wins.

We'll get you back on track and we'll empower you to take life at your own pace. You'll get really good at saying "I'll handle it" instead of defaulting to "I don't know if I can."

Together, we'll break through any limiting beliefs you may have, and we'll build optimism back into your thinking.

"movement" sessionsfitness coaching

If you're looking for a personal trainer, this is the session for you. Exercise improves your mood & energy; it can combat health conditions & diseases; it can help you sleep better and encourage you to eat better.

And with so many other benefits, moving your body can help improve your quality of life. In the first session, we'll complete a fitness assessment and work together to create a safe and effective exercise program, unique to you.

This is not a one-size-fits-all approach. We're taking it at your pace and your ability. We'll adjust as needed.

We'll choose exercises that match your goals, whether it's cardio, HIIT, weight-lifting, whatever. We'll make it as fun as we can and we'll do it together. And you won't need a bunch of equipment. We'll work with whatever you've got.
